I’m feeling very optimistic lately, as we are going to be putting new flooring in our house! Okay, to some people that doesn’t sound like a very big deal, but to me it is huge. You see, I’ve hated the flooring in much of our house since we moved in here, and always wanted to replace it with something much more beautiful. However, the opportunity never arose, and with the bad economy we certainly didn’t want to use our savings to do an optional project. Thankfully my husband received a nice little bonus at work, and decided that we could make it our Valentines day gifts to each other to put in new flooring! He sure knows the way to my heart!

Also, because there are really excellent deals out there right now, we are going to be able to put in beautiful new flooring for much less than we first anticipated. I’m quite happy about the project, and specifically like the great flooring options by Gold Art Ceramica that we’ve looked at. We should be able to get the floor in quickly, which is something the whole family is now excited about!
